Shore Lunch

All fishing trips include Shore Lunch, a staple feature of any true Canadian Shield adventure. After a successful morning on the water, we’ll bring your boat ashore into one of our sheltered, gentle bays. Our catch-and-release conservation program allows for consumption of your fresh catch-of-the-day, so relax or roll up your sleeves as your guide prepares your Lake Trout or Northern Pike in the traditional way.

Smothered in our family-recipe batter and cooked over an open fire, our fresh and locally grown veggies and herbs complete this deliciously authentic northern meal – all served in style on our pristine, sandy beaches in your own private wilderness.
